Epoxy Grout on Base Plates

Epoxy Grout on Base Plates

Epoxy Grout on Base Plates

(OP)
I have an application for a large crusher to be supported on a steel structure.  I am trying to come up with a good specification on the grout to be used under the baseplates.  I am sure that I want to use a high strength epoxy grout system due to the impact, fatigue, etc.  In the past we have specified Nordbak epoxy grout, but I am having a hard time finding the stuff or any information on it.  Does anyone know if Hilti or somebody like that makes something that can be used or would recommend something they have used in similar applications?  The loads on these crushers are hard to harness at times and normal grout has been known to fail in these applications over time.  Thanks for your help.

Check out sika.com or chemgrout.  They may have something to fit your needs.

SRE,
The specs on that look like what I need.  Thanks for the responses SRE and Ingy.

RE: Epoxy Grout on Base Plates

We are planning on grouting a base plate for a 60,000 lb pump. Does anyone know of a good epoxy grout that would work?
