3 tanks linked together

(OP)
I have 3 large tanks linked together with 18 in to 36 in diameter pipes. The last tank is pressurized and a pump withdraws water to several areas under pressure. How do you calculate the size of pipes needed to link the tanks so that the system can be pumped at 200 psi? Size of tanks is known.
