Hello,
If there anybody know how to modelate the material with other Young modulus, yield point and plastic hardening modulus for compresion and tension ?

There may be another way to do this but the only way which is apparent at first is to definite it as an Anisotropic material.  The command for this would be:

TB,ANISO,,,,,,

I hope gives you a good starting point atleast.
