Guys,

I want to use a RO in a condensate line of class 300#. I want to machine off a 150# flange to make this RO. Does anyone of you have any experience and can give some advise?

RE: Restriction Orifice

What is line diameter? For small sizes (1.1/2" and smaller) you can use a stainless steel spade 3mm thick. For sizes 2" and higher the thickness shall be calculated. In ASME B31.3 You will find a fórmula to calculate the required thickness.
