Sheetmetal forming tool trouble.

Sheetmetal forming tool trouble.

I'm having trouble inserting a forming tool feature
into a sheetmetal part recently. Drag and drop returns an error asking if I'm trying to create a derived part.
I know this worked about a month ago because I did a part with the an emboss feature that I created. Sheetmetal cutouts still work...Don't know if something has broke since then. Any ideas? Reinstall?

RE: Sheetmetal forming tool trouble.

Depends on your material thickness. What is your material thinkness?

.048 thick...like I said, this has been working...seems like
something "broke" within the last few weeks...I'm guessin
a reinstall is in order...

RE: Sheetmetal forming tool trouble.

Had the same problem.
1 mail to the support solved it.

Open the design library. Go to the folder with the forming tools.
Right click on it and mark the line "Forming tools Folder".
You can choose the subfolders as also containing forming information.
