A client has a portion of his factory that generates large amount of internal heat from heat treating equipment. They burn gas and leave ovens on 24/7 and have flare gas that could be collected and used to drive a chiller. My preliminary investigation shows the numbers won't work and I am looking for anyone who has had experience with this type of system and the pitfalls with the equipment.

RE: Waste Heat to run Adsorption Chiller

Probably good to get the spelling right....absorption.....

RE: Waste Heat to run Adsorption Chiller

The spelling is probably right...

I would suggest looking at this webpage for more information and possibly contacting them directly.

Thanks Macmet. I saw this and I am exploring it with Owner. Do you have experience with it?
