BMX & Regenerating Twice

BMX & Regenerating Twice

BMX & Regenerating Twice

(OP)
Hi all

I'm still plugging away at my model and I'm integrating some analysis features to set some values.

I have a variable section sweep which is controlled by a datum graph feature. A dimension in the graph feature is driven by a value output from an analysis feature which tells me the length ratio of a point on a curve.

In order to make my VSS update, I need to regenerate twice. It's not really a big deal since I usually regenerate a bazillion times, but I'm just worried someone might miss that in the future.

Is there a way to force Pro/E to update the parameters which my graph refers to while it is regenerating?

RE: BMX & Regenerating Twice

JKG, I had the same problem in the past. I think you can solve this issue only if you control the dimensions in assembly mode, and not in the part.

Did you try?
