You can certainly insert new columns in your Gantt chart (choose field names 'Text 1', 'Text 2', 'Text 3', 'Text 4') and rename them 'Responsible', 'Accountable', 'Consulted' and  'Informed'.

We often inlcude a 'Responsibility' column in our Gantt charts to enable filtering of the schedule by area or discipline.
