(OP)
hi friends:

what data i must collect to any process equipment and what is method to convert it to (time to failure )to begin do statistical analysis ?
according my information i must do either probability or hazard analysis depend on my data if it is complete or multible censored data but:
what i must do first?

please help me any articles i will be gratefull.

RE: please clarify to me

I think of RATE OF FAILURE. Could be other parameters to determine. You should "register" the time of functioning versus the speed of functioning, if I may say so.
This is one ideea.
Than, calculate the failure probability using Gumbel or Weibull distribution models. The data should be processed statistically using Maximum Likelihood Method, etc.

RE: please clarify to me

you may collect the data on time (operating) between the previous failures of the same equipment or similar type of the equipmet. more the number of data better the analysis. From the above data you can get MTTF (Mean time to fail). In the absence of any data you can resort to reliability methods like failure rate etc. You may refer Mil-stds 785 & 338 which are freely available in some of the reliability related websights.
