Is there a way to get SW to return "SW-Short Date" as a mm/dd/yy format? I can't seem to find anything on this, I would have expected that it would be a setting for document properties, as that’s something that varies form company to company.

RE: date formatting

Hello nmaxwell,

The "Short Date" comes from the Regional Options in your Windows Control Panel.

To change it do this:

click "Start" button in Windows
click "Settings"
click "Control Panel"
open  "Regional Options"
select the "Date" tab
change the "Shor Date" format to  mm/dd/yy

Cheers,

Joseph
