Coastal Wind Wall

(OP)
I am trying to stop cooling tower drift (from a salt water cooling tower) from landing on and corroding external piping, carbon steel bolts, etc... around a combined cycle power plant. I think building some kind of retractable/removable mesh wall between the plant and the tower would be a relatively inexpensive and effective way to catch that drift and help mitigate this problem.  Has anyone ever heard of this kind of thing being put up anywhere?  It would have to be around 60 ft tall and 250 ft wide.
