is it acceptable to run (2) sets of electrical feeders
from an end box to a service switch in the same conduit?

Possibly - if conduit is large enough.  Also, you will need de-rate the current rating of the conductors.  National Electrical Code has the details.

Hello stevedantonio
If you have more than 3 current carrying conductors in a raceway or cable, you have to derate in either the US or Canada.
Check the codes. You may be able to share a neutral. If you are running parallel conductors for one circuit there is a minimum size. Check the codes. Sorry I'm on the road and don't have my codes with me.
