Antistatic multi wall material

Antistatic multi wall material

(OP)
Hi,
I’m looking for multi wall material, which is very light, and has antistatic performance. I need it as a partition in Clean Room.
Can someone advice me for source?

Thanks in advance,
Aharon

RE: Antistatic multi wall material

acrylic/PMMA sheet is antistatic and ok on weight at 1.16 density. usually clear but you can get colored.  Guess what i searched for....."anitstatic plastic sheet"

RE: Antistatic multi wall material

Acrylic is actually an excellent insulator.

Various additives can be added to it to give some conductivity for antistatic, but that normally is marginal, or temporary or extremely expensive.

Aluminium and styrene foam laminates might work. They are used in the Caravan industry and for building cool rooms.

Acrylic, polypropylene, polystyrene or polycarbonate twin wall sheet could be painted with antistatic paint.

Your question does not quantify the required surface resistivity, weight of panels, aesthetic qualities, acoustic qualities, or physical strength.

It also does not give any indication of quantities required, nor your location.

Much of this is required if you expect some useful answers.
