Heated to 200 deg C it is a liguid. The type of vessel you will need is refered to as Bitumen tanker. The vessel cargo capacity is measured in DWT, i.e you need a ship with a capacity of 5.000 DWT or greater, or two smaller. Tarbit Shipping and Theodora Tankers BV are two ship owners in the same group specialized in these type of vessel:

A google search on Bitumen tankers could give you more info.
