Draft Entities are using a different origin

Draft Entities are using a different origin

(OP)
Hello, first time on the forums and I have a problem that I hope someone has corrected before.  All the draft entities (including the drawing form border) are skewed in origin from the origin of the drawing.  I have the drawing with all the views, balloons, tables, and title block in one area and the border and two lines (which are all draft entities) are off up to the right and I cannot get the two to coincide at the same origin.  Could a config setting be off?  I've tried putting in a new drawing form but the same problem persists; all draft entities go up to the right.  I'd appreciate any thoughts that the community would have on this.  Thanks.

RE: Draft Entities are using a different origin

This is a bug in the software. The only answer I got from PTC was to delete and recreate the drawing.
