This manual shows 3.5" on masonry, 3" on embedded steel angle, 2.5" on steel beam, with 1" gap between abutted ends, you would need a 6" wide flange.
Thicker plank, with thicker concrete toppings, with longer spans, with higher live loads may require greater bearing. Check with the precast manufacturer and supplier for that job for final design requirements.
