Transfering Toolbars

Transfering Toolbars

(OP)
I've tried reading the AutoCAD help but either it isn't that clear or it doesn't address the specific issue.
On my work computer I have made a toolbar with all the commands I need.  I've just set up AutoCAD 2006  and I would like to 'copy' the toolbars from my office computer to my laptop.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Also, the toolbar customiser isn't that user friendly (compared to 2004)

RE: Transfering Toolbars

I presume you save your mns or mnc toolbar files from 2004 and open them in 2006. As default the cui file type comes up in 2006 when you want to load a toolbar but this can be changed to menu file type (ie one of the old types).

The interface in 2006 is unfriendly for a week or so but after a wee while it seems better than before - just no drag and drop function from within autocad itself.
