Why do my circle shape turns to an ellipse shape?

Why do my circle shape turns to an ellipse shape?

Why do my circle shape turns to an ellipse shape?

(OP)
I have a problem using my Unigraphics software using my laptop that is 12.1 widescreen in 1024x768 resolution.  When I draw a circle shape, it turns to an ellipse shape.  So when I try opening the file on my desktop computer, the circle is an ellipse.  Please help me to solve this problem, cause this messes up my drawing.

RE: Why do my circle shape turns to an ellipse shape?

It probably has something to do with your screen settings.  Try adjusting the diplay width.  I've seen this before, and it wasn't a software problem.

Thanks ewh, I also try adjusting the display width, but really not sure how, or why to go to adjust it.  Would you know?  Thanks

Preferences -> Visualization will bring up the Visualization dialog.  You want to click on the Screen tab then hit the Calibrate button and adjust the slider until the shape appears completely round.  I used the 2 inch circle.
