Subdued Reference File

Subdued Reference File

Subdued Reference File

(OP)
I need to reference a file to my file and be able to see all the information but my Master file be bold and the reference file be grayed out but still visable. Any tips?

RE: Subdued Reference File

On the screen or plotted on paper?

There are a lot of ways to do it. First, mess with the diplay options in the reference manager tool. Next, and this one will work, change the level settings for the referenced file to display in the colors/shades you want. Third, and only for the brave, plot in color and make sure the reference file is in yellow or gray (the thrid way stinks, though).
