Hole Callouts drill-thru-tap-thru with CT

Hole Callouts drill-thru-tap-thru with CT

(OP)
I have been using a custom hole callout file for some time with a known limitation.  I've just been living with it until now.

For tapped holes there are 3 basic types:  Drill-thru-Tap-Thru, Tap-blind, and Drill-thru-Tap-Blind and 8 sub types:  no cosmetic thread(CT), CT, Near C'sink, Near C'sink with CT, Far C'sink, Far C'sink with CT, Both C'sink, and Both C'sink CT.

The standard callout file contains no provision for the cases of drill-thru-tap-thru with cosmetic threads.  Following their convention there should be an entry for the following tap types:  TAP-THRU(ct), TAP-THRU(ctcsns), TAP-THRU(ctcsfs), and TAP-THRU(ctcsnf).

A thread from 2003 suggested this was fixed in 04 Beta but I'm still having trouble with 2006 SP4.0.

Maybe the software is looking for another variable name?

Has anyone solved this problem?

Thanks,
