Galvanic Corrosion : Inconel 625 x 309SS

Galvanic Corrosion : Inconel 625 x 309SS

Galvanic Corrosion : Inconel 625 x 309SS

(OP)
How far apart are they on the Galvanic chart ? Would Galvanic corrosion be a potential risk between them ?

Thank you.

RE: Galvanic Corrosion : Inconel 625 x 309SS

What is the environment?

In neutral pH environments there won't be much potential diff.
If you are in high Cl or lower pH then the 309 will see accelerated failure, but it wouldn't work well there anyway.
