Applying defined acoustic loading to panel

(OP)
Anyone care to give some tips regarding applying a known acoustic loading to a panel.  Not my normal area of expertise and need some clues.

I have a table of Octive band .vs. dB, but don't know what to do with it.

ABAQUS examples and theory manual all related PSD's to base motion problems.  My slight understnading of acoustics is that I should be applying this loading as some kind of pressure type loading.
