Ceramic core washout

Ceramic core washout

(OP)
Forgive me for posting this question in this partcular forum if it's a little off topic but I couldn't find a better place to ask the question.

I'm wondering if anyone has experience with cermaic cores and handling washout.  Our local environmental regulatory agency does not allow for the outright dumping of the slurry but we can ship out the solid via a waste handling business.

The question is: should we be concerned about any fumes/vapours from the heated mixture as we evaporate the water off?  The specfic product is Ceramcor.
