Pressure oscillating problem

Pressure oscillating problem

Pressure oscillating problem

(OP)
Hello everyone.
I’ am new here and I’ m glad to find this site.
I try to solve relatively pretentious problem.
I need to control hydraulic motors with fans with three-way flow valve and there is big problem with valve instability.
Is there any idea how to stabilize valve? I can send you valve cross section and system hydraulic schema.

With best regards, Luka

RE: Pressure oscillating problem

Lukec;

How did you determine you had a "Valve Instability" problem?

If yoo are using a Three Port Flow Control, also called a Bleed Off Flow Control or a Priority Flow Divider, your problem could be as simple as trying to use a 40 GPM valve to control a 10 GPM flow. These valves can be quite unstable when trying to control flow with minimum spool movement.
