Mastercam subprograms

Mastercam subprograms

(OP)
I am using mastercam and would like to change my post processor to output multiple programs automatically.

For example, if I have two drilling cosecutive drilling operations with tool #1 and one drilling operation with tool #5 I want to make mastercam group the first two tools together and write program 1.nc and take the second tool(s) and write program 2.nc.  I want this to incrementation of #.nc to continue with each additional unique operation.

If that is too dificult to do i would at least like to make mastercam write a separate program (#.nc) for each operation and write a main subprogram call (subcall.nc) givig a description of each tool and calling the writtem (#.nc) programs for that tool.

I am looking to do this on my own since i have a post that has worked for me for a while and have had bad experiences with the so called "proffesional" companies out there modifying posts.  We have a new machine which requires these types of programs.

Any help of postprocessor examples would be a great help!

Thanks
Mark
