visualizing 3D arrays

(OP)
I've been to other forums and I don't believe that it has been this hard for me to find an answer to something that is pretty basic (and something that Matlab should do).

Anyway, I have a 3D array (200x200x200), and I want visualize all of the contents of the array.  I found an m-file out there which represents the data stored in each location by color so that it can be viewed.  However, it is extremely slow and I need something a little faster.

Does anyone know anything that could help?
