(OP)
1. Add, substract, etc .. of bodies (like in Mechanical Desktop).
I know for "Join", but how to substract (cut) one body or part from another. Is there some other command other then those for molding ? Something simple ...

2. Split part, so i get 2 or more parts from one.
I can use configuration's and cut. Is there another way to split part to more part's ?

1. Use insert - features - cavity.

2. Part splitting is much improved in 2001+. You can now split a single part into multiple parts. SW will reassemble the parts in a new assembly if you want it to.

RE: 2 whishes

The cavity function does some of what you describe. In SW2000 and up you can make a cavity in a part using another model. You can do this with molds. I use it to create thousands of holes by automatically creating an assembly of solid, pointed cylinders and using them to make a cavity in a mold.

Make an assembly of the part and the model, then use cavity to remove the segment.
