What is it exactly you want to know is it connection details of I/O cards,Analougue cards,Comms cards for example, these will vary slightly from one manufacturer to the next? Also what manufacturer are you using? As for programming, the software will vary from one manufacturer to the other although the principle of writing software remains the same but to learn this takes time and experience using Plc's and programming them.

Regards

Taggy

RE: plcwireing

Number the wires with the I/O address.

Use little terminal strip fuses on the outputs.

Plan the program before you write it with a flow chart.

Try to make the program in modules of some type.
