Ultrafine Particles

(OP)
Anyone up on the latest AQMD (So. Cal. Air Quality Management District) study on ultrafine particles from vehicle exhaust? Indications are that the particles (less than 0.1 microns) may be more harmful than PM10 or PM2.5. These findings could affect future air quality standards, engine designs, fuels and emmission control technologies. The AQMD will be hosting a series of conferences in Los Angeles from April 30 through May 2, 2006. Sposnorship and exhibitor opportunities available. www.aqmd.gov/tao/UltrafineParticleConf.htm

RE: Ultrafine Particles

Good news, maybe this will be the end of turbine and jet engines. Must be my natural hate for them.
