FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x8c846b7 Exception 615c413eh

We keep getting this when we try to do a "save as".  Anyone know what this is or how to fix it?

Matt

RE: ACAD 2006-Fatal Error

Can be a myriad of issues. If it is not too much trouble, try reinstalling AutoCAD. Not the funnest solution but usually get better results. Remember to uninstall first.

I'd uninstall, remove folders not used, clean the registry, reboot, update your video drivers, then re-install and apply any service packs.

Thanks, I guess I will clean and format the HDD while I'm at it.
