Portable Turbidity Meter recommendations

Portable Turbidity Meter recommendations

Anyone have recommendations for a good portable, hand-held digital Turbidity Meter.  It will be used on a large construction project to manually monitor nearby stream/lake turbidity on a periodic basis, so needs to be durable and easy to use.

There is a variety of models out there, so I was looking for recommendations on specific models that others have used and had good experiences with.  Thanks!

Have you talked to the local Dept. of Natural Resources about this? What kind of Erosion control Plan is in place?

It's not required for our compliance with Site Disturbance/SWPPP issues, just something we would like to monitor independently.
