I'm not a sealing expert, but I have the feeling, that it will be hard to find a sealing for the following application:

Sealing a piston with diameter approx. 1.5"
medium: air
velocity of the piston: up to 35 m/s (78mph)
differential pressure: 10 bar
temperature: min. 5F (-15°C) max. 400F (204°C)
lifetime lubrication (no service lubrication allowed)
lifetime: at least 5 years
leakage max. 5mg air after 5 years (next to nothing)

Are there some sealing experts around who can tell me if it is possible to find a sealing which meets these requirements? If yes, what kind of sealing would you propose?

I hope the given parameters are not from documentation room ,If the readings are from field, why dont you check the prtesent sealing type. The stroke speed is considerabily High its better to find the catalog from your documentation centre or to get in touch with the supplier of the equipment

No such seal. A seal that is air tight is a bearing without clearance, so if you want it to run dry the materials must be designed a plane bearing set.
We design an air intensifier that runs between 32° F and 150° F. Without oil lubrication we could never pass a 2,000 hour test.

If you're saying 5 mg of air leakage over a period of 5 years, then the only way I could suggest is to use a welded bellows or diaphragm.  It would need to operate well within the infinite fatigue life of the bellows or diaphragm meaning very little deflection.
