Could somebody help me with from where i could find standards for rubber lined process vessels.

There is no ASME or ASTM standard for a rubber lined tanks and vessels.

Chemical companies typically develop 'guide specifications" for metallic tanks and vessels built to ASME Section VII, API 650 or API 620. These company standards address the mechanical integrity of the tank or vessel...... the rubber lining is not considered to add any strength, it is only there for corrosion protection.
