is there a way to see what module licenses i have?

RE: license check

Not sure if you are on UNIX, but if you are on a Windows Machine, try this:

START --> All Programs --> NX X.0 --> FLEXlm Tools --> License Options

When this comes up, highlight the bundle listed in the left column, and the available module licenses will be listed on the right hand side.

I hope that this helps!

RE: license check

The NX license activity is logged to
 D:\Program Files\UGS\License Servers\UGNXFLEXlm\ugflexlm.log
(you location may vary) on the license server host computer.

When a license is "taken" you will see an entry like

7:08:22 (uglmd) OUT: "STUDIO4DS_gateway" username@HOSTNAME

RE: license check

Another option would be to open your license file with Notepad or Wordpad (if on Windoze) and then you'll see everything you're licensed to be using.

what is the license file name that I'm looking for??

RE: license check

Look under the install folder of NX for the FlexLM folder. The file is most likely named license.dat.
