LPG friction losses, free flow

LPG friction losses, free flow

(OP)
Hi
How can I estimate the maximum flow in NPS 4" piping if we drain LPG from a pressure vessel to atmosphere using that piping?
Actually, I need to calculate the maximun thrust at the end of the piping.
I understand that if I use Bernoully, introducing friction losses,  I can estimate the maximum flow.
But LPG changes from liquid to gas at some point in the piping.
I do not know how to introduce this condition to calculate the maximum flow
