Steel Box Girder Design

(OP)
Has anyone used MDX or DESCUS to design curved steel box girder bridges?  I know that a vast majority of consultants use BSDI.  Just wondering how user friendly MDX or DESCUS is for steel box girders.

RE: Steel Box Girder Design

MDX is very user friendly including input and output.  I would expect a very short learning curve.  Couple this with the USS Design of Highway Bridges which has one or two curved steel tubs or the Structural Steel Designers Handbook which also has an example and you can pretty well do the trick.
