Glassman are an old established manufacturer of EHV power supplies, but there are dozens of others if you search on Google.
These PSU's turn up from time to time on the surplus market too.

Modules to take 12 to 24 VDC and step it up to ~8000 VDC are fairly common for powering photomultiplier tubes or CRTs. Creating more than 50kVDC begins to get a little unusual. Above 200kVDC you're in the Van De Graf generators.

Your spelling is awful - and sadly it is intentional! Please LEARN TO SPELL, like the rest of oldies who don't use 'txtspk'. A lot of users don't have English as a first language, so abbreviated words just make things unnecessarily difficult for them and for those of us over the age of 30.
