A manual on Yamaha Scara Robot programming

A manual on Yamaha Scara Robot programming

A manual on Yamaha Scara Robot programming

(OP)
I have a 1984 Yamaha Scara robotic arm and I am looking for a manual on how to program it. The arm is model no. K01-11 and the console is RCS40 with version 1.23-04411  I have contacted Yamaha in Japan and they cannot locate any manual for me.  Can anyone lead me to a maual that would have the same codes.

Thanks Doug

RE: A manual on Yamaha Scara Robot programming

If any of the sales network still exists over here, they may be able to put you in touch with another user.
Likewise, any of the old techs here might either have a manual or know someone who would.

Who built that unit? Scara sounds Italian- did Yamaha market someone else's system?
(At Amada, we've marketed various strange machines over the years...)

Good Luck!

You could try contacting Wittman automation, I think they still sell Scara robots
