I have another polarity driven question.  Lets say I have a pole mounted ct on a single phase service, it is a standard outdoor primary CT.  Now I have a choice of a single bushing or a double bushing pt.  I choose the double bushing and now make the primary connections.  I jumper down from the H1 of the CT,  do I have to connect to the H1 of the double bushing PT?  If I jumpered down from the H2 of the CT would I have to jumper to the H2 of the Pt?  It is understood that the other bushing would be tied to neutral/ground and that if I reverse the primary connection I would reverse the secondary.   Can anyone explain how these polarities stay in phase?   If I used a single bushing PT and jumpered down from the H2 to the bushing would I have to reverse the secondary connection?  I'm hoping someone can put a fine point on this topic.  It is more of a what-if line of questioning.  I just want to be able to reason any Ct Pt combinations without any guesswork if this is possible.
