Alternate Position Views

Alternate Position Views

Alternate Position Views

(OP)
I have been having problems with these in 2004 and 2006. Basically what I am seeing is that only one view is showing when there should be the main view and then one or more phantom views in the alternate positions. I have no cherries in the in context assemblies.  sadeyes

RE: Alternate Position Views

i have had this problem also.  I am still having it from time to time.  When in a drawing, change that view to shaded/colored style and then change it back to what you want.

this takes care of it 90% of the time for me.  When this doesn't work, I have to delete the alternate position view and start over.

RE: Alternate Position Views

When I had trouble with Alternate Position views (SW2003, 2004) I would move the components in the alternate view to a different layer with phantom line font.  This usually did the trick.
