I have just upgraded to AutoCAD 2006 LT from 2002.  I see the command line is now copied next to the cursor, and moves around next to the arrow.

I am finding this really annoying, is there anyway to turn it off?  I have looked and cant find anything.

RE: Just Upgraded to ACAD2006 LT

Hi,
I think that's one of the new variables starting with DYN... (dynmode?). Look into the help-> variables-> dyn...

Welcome to the wonderfully frustrating world of 2006!

Click the DYN button near the bottom of the screen to turn off that highly annoying feature.

Good luck,
Jdaw
