Although this document is applies to plywood forms, the same equations are use no matter what material is used for forming (steel, fiberglass, wood, etc.)

Are you asking about pressures applied to a form face due to liquid head of concrete, or are you asking about lateral bracing of formwork to resist loading due to wind, concrete load or applied loading?
The publications of ACI 347 should clear up these issues.
