Does anyone have any recommendations for Microstation training opps?  Companies that train?

RE: Training Opportunities

Check out Microstation on the Web, from the Microstation Help menu, they have a lot of online tutorials that aren't half bad. Also, Bentley offers classes around the county, they're usually four days long.

There's also their website: http://www.bentley.com/en-US/Training/. Their courses cost about $1400 per person.

However, there are some books out there and they'll probably get you through - though I recommend a course in the basics ("Essential Microstation") as the best kick-start.
