toolbox hardware...want to use metric

(OP)
I want to spec in a metric pan head but can't get to the file through toolbox.  My toolbox is on the network and configured correctly. (my toolbox.ini file is correct and I am pointing to the network location in "File Locations").  I can add the folder to my design library (see link http://multiterra.mooload.com/file.php?file=files/170206/1140204392/ansi+metric.jpg) but when you drag parts from the design library, you don't get the option to configure the size of the pan head...just the default size shows up in the assembly.

I need to find the correct procedure for placing the ANSI METRIC folder in the Tollbox along with ANSI INCH (see link).

Can anyone tell me how to do this?
Anyone know what I am doing wrong?
regards,
dsgnr1
