Power System Description

(OP)
I'm working with a European company providing some control equipment for an off shore drilling unit.   According to the specifications, the available power feed to our control system is 690V Delta "RI".   I am having trouble with the "RI" definition ... basically I can't find a description for it.

From what I gather from the sales team (I don't have a technical resource yet) it's a delta feed that one phase can be grounded without tripping the system breaker.  I think it's similar to a resistance grounded system.

Any insight from the group would be appreciated.
