questions about surface tension

(OP)
Hi !

I am wondering what are the theoretical values for the surface tension of Nickel and Gold.

I am looking to do a "plating" (0,1 µm)of a silicon oxide layer on a gold, or nickel (not defined yet surface). What are the processes / equipment that could do the job ?

Thanks a lot for your advice.

John
