I occasionally work with OCXO's, TCXO's, and Rubidium oscillators and wondered how do you determine the resonant frequency of an element?  I know the frequency for water, rubidium, cesium, and a few other odd elements but was curious if there is some type of generic formula that is available to determine resonant frequency of other elements such as iron, nickel, etc.
