SAW Wire/Flux Combo

(OP)
I have contacted suppliers of consumables but have not been able to get a straight answer so hopefully someone here has some experience with this issue:

1) We produced a weld coupon using the AWS F7A0-EL12 combo with 780 flux and L60 wire, certified for the As-Welded condition.
2) The coupon was subjected to PWHT.
3) Tensile and bend tests were performed and passed.

Question: Can the above PQR be used for PWHT'd ASME equipment even though the flux is certified in the as-welded condition?
Any comments or experiences?
Thank you.

RE: SAW Wire/Flux Combo

Yes - it's your PQR which determines the qualification to ASME not the suppliers previous historical tests.
