Dislcaimers when sending design files outside the company

(OP)
I am doing a little fill in work amongst my design activity and am interseted in what language people use as disclaimers when they send their design files outside their company, particularly 3D file info when working with a 2D drawing.  Would anyone be willing to share the method they use and the disclaimers they use in these circumstances?  TIA.
