Multi-threading in XP and how it impacts VB 6.0 programs

(OP)
Have a general question about multi-threading in XP and how it impacts programs writtne in VB 6.0. The types of programs involved control test equipment - mostly Agilent and Anritsu - and I'd like to hear any thoughts on how the multi-threading that occurs in XP could be impacting any timing issues related to the programming in VB 6. I'd be concerned about timing issues - mainly with intruments controlling critical biasing through DC Power Supplies.

Thanks,

Dave
